Casa de Dali is a rebranded 47-unit boutique community that was transformed into a Luxury A complex from a C- complex. The community was a total reconstruction, including the not-so-sexy reinstallation of new copper wiring, PVC plumbing, installation of new central HVAC electric units vs. the original gas units, and insulation (the complex had no insulation). As for the sexy part, the interior of the units were remodeled into an open concept with new shaker style cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer connections in each unit, new plumbing fixtures, and new shower designs.

Mi Casa Es Su Casa Properties is always striving to offer its residents more than just attractive and functional homes which is why we created the Casa de…brand. Casa de Dali is the first concept of this brand which draws inspiration from Salvador Dali’s (the famous Spanish painter) house in Spain. We added a mural inspired by his painting style that also integrates the Woodland Heights neighborhood, various pictures of his home throughout the community, and some of his color schemes into the interior and exterior paint of the building.
